Welcome to TekGhar. We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

• Product must have all original accessories, tags, and invoice

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (by customer)

• Products without original packaging

• Change of mind after order confirmation

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a:

• Damaged product

• Defective item

• Wrong product

You must:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear unboxing video proof

Without unboxing video, claim will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refund will be sent to:

  • Original payment method (online orders)

  • Bank transfer / UPI (if applicable)

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipping only

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Accessories (earphones, cables, small gadgets)

• Clearance or discounted items

• Wholesale orders
