1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
Product must have all original accessories, tags, and invoice
We do not accept returns for:
Used or damaged items (by customer)
Products without original packaging
Change of mind after order confirmation
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a:
Damaged product
Defective item
Wrong product
You must:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear unboxing video proof
Without unboxing video, claim will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be sent to:
Original payment method (online orders)
Bank transfer / UPI (if applicable)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Accessories (earphones, cables, small gadgets)
Clearance or discounted items
Wholesale orders
